With over two decades of experience of coaching professionals, I have learned a great deal from those that I have had the privilege of working with. 

My coaching style would be best suited for the executive professional that is looking to be pushed outside their comfort zone to reach their optimal performance level. 

 

When working together, I seek to fully understand where someone is right now, how they feel about where they are, and current behaviors. I then seek to best understand their goals, their aspirations, and if they have allowed themselves to operate at their highest potential. A strategic plan is then created that charts the immediate, short, and long-term goals. 

 

We will have fun along the way, but work hard to ensure you're realizing growth professionally and personally through accountability and commitment to a realistic and actionable plan.

• For owners, owners + employees, or employee(s) only

• Plans offered:

  • 3 meetings to establish a plan

  • 6 months coaching (30 – 60 min. per month)

  • 12 months (30 – 60 min. per month)
